I needed some plywood for a small art project I was attempting and with zero knowledge of plywoods I was taken through the various types that were available and what would be the best type to use. Although the salesperson knew I was only after a small piece he spent at least 30 minutes with me and even cut it to size. I thought this type of service had died long ago, but at Bruynzeel it is apparently the norm. I will be back hopefully with a bigger order.
